猪链球菌病二联灭活疫苗的研制

摘    要:以马莲球菌兽疫亚种(Stretococcus equi subsp.zooepidemicus)ATCC35246株和猪链球菌2型(S.suis type2)HA9801株作为生产菌株,制备氢氧化铝胶二联灭活疫苗,经过无菌及安全检验合格,肌肉接种仔猪。每头2mL。免疫15d后,对HA9801和ATCC35246的保护率分别为100%(26/26)和92.3%(24/26)。用二联灭活苗免疫后4周内仔猪体内抗体水平持续上升,从第5周开始逐渐下降;再次免疫后,抗体水平迅速回升,120d后仍维持较高水平,攻毒保护试验和抗体消长规律的测定显示,制备的猪链球菌病二联灭活苗具有良好的免疫保护作用。

Abstract:A killed whole cell culture was prepared with Streptococcus equi subsp zooepidemicus ATCC35246 and S.suis type 2 HA9801.Piglets were inoculated intramusularly with 2 mL per animal at 28 day old.The protective efficacy reached 100%(26/26) and 92 3%(24/26) respectively after challenged with HA9801 and ATCC35246.The antibody titers increased persistently within 4 weeks and began to decline gradually since the week 5 post immunization.The titers were rised rapidly after secondary immunization and perisisted at a higher lever at 120 day.The results showed that the inactivated combined vaccine could provide a protection against the infection of S.suis type 2 and S.equi subsp. zooepidemicus.
