摘    要:为满足现代温室对室内环境越来越高的要求,采用快速、安全、可靠、低成本的气动自动化技术设计气动天窗系统,可以实现天窗系统开闭与开度的自动化调控。为此,讨论了气动天窗系统的原理,得出了驱动气缸负载模型以及各级风速下气缸负载特性,探讨了该系统可行性和特点。与传统技术比较,气动系统完全可以取代机械式开天窗,而且结构简单,操作方便,位置控制精度高,天窗开度和通风面积显著增加,增强了利用自然通风调节温室环境的能力。

Abstract:Nature Ventilation was the main cool way for glass greenhouse. Ventilation windows were the necessary equipment and its performance directly influenced the economic effect of greenhouse. The open, close, exact opening-angle of the ventilation windows was becoming increasingly important because of the higher requirements of climate control in modern greenhouses. Adopting speediness, sureness, credibility, low cost pneumatics to design the operation of ventilation-windows was a reasonable solving method. The objective of the study was mainly to design a pneumatic operation system for ventilation-windows for glass greenhouse. Mechanical effects were assessed, its cylinder load was calculated and a related model has been done. We compared our system with the traditional gear-rack operation system for their mechanical characteristics, their operation, the control of windows opening, the windows-ventilation angle. The new system is more convenient, easy to use; easy to locate, the aperture angle is larger than the gear-rack operation system. The ventilation area was more increased and environmental conditions through ventilation were notably improved.
