| 摘 要： | 割台是梳脱式联合收割机的重要组成部分，割台损失在总损失中占很大比例。改善割台性能和降低割台损失具有较高的应用价值。为此，介绍了梳脱式联合收割机的发展历程和典型割台的结构，对影响割台损失的主要因素做了详细的分析与研究，提出了新型割台设计的具体方案。

| Abstract: | Abatract] The header takes an important role in stripping combine and the loss of stripping header is a great part in the whole loss .So it has great application value to improve its performance and decrease its loss. The article introduces the development of stripping combine and the structure of typical headers, analysises in detail the main factors impacting the loss of stripper header and points out the importance of the air flow effect. Firstly two axial blowers and one centrifugal blower are added to make the best of airflow effect. Secondly a little screw auger and a board whose edge is sawtooth are used to decrease the loss. Finally the sealed structure of whole stripping header is good to the driver for the environment around him becomes clean. |
