广西钦州大蚝春季死亡规律调查分析

摘    要:探讨广西钦州大蚝春季死亡规律,为预防春季钦州大蚝规模性死亡提供依据。利用水质检测、病害分析、病死率统计等方法,对2017年5月及2019年3—4月钦州大蚝大规模死亡情况进行调查分析。钦州大蚝发生春季大规模死亡时,海水中的pH值、溶解氧、重金属含量及农药残留等指标均在海水养殖用水水质标准范围内;死亡牡蛎体内携带细菌在正常范围且无寄生虫病原感染。2017年5月钦州港及大风江发生大蚝大规模死亡时,海区盐度分别在18~25、20~30,大风江的盐度高于正常年份,钦州港与大风江分别有36%、81%蚝排的大蚝病死率高于60%;抽查点盐度越高病死率越高。2019年3—4月钦州港、大风江及三墩岛海域发生大蚝大规模死亡时,最靠近河口的大风江持续16 d盐度高于25,钦州港、大风江及三墩岛分别有19%、41%、96%蚝排的大蚝病死率高于60%;同一海域不同抽查点的死亡率不同,盐度越高病死率越高。由此可以推断,广西钦州大蚝春季大规模死亡的主要原因可能是大蚝长期受到高盐胁迫。

Abstract:To prevent the large-scale deaths of Qinzhou oysters in spring, the death regularity of Qinzhou oysters was explored. Water quality detection, disease analysis, and mortality statistics were used to investigate the reason of large-scale death of Qinzhou oysters in May 2017 and March to April 2019. When large-scale Qinzhou oysters died in the spring, the pH, dissolved oxygen, heavy metal content, and pesticide residues in seawater were within the range of water quality standards for seawater aquaculture;the bacteria in dead oysters was in the normal range and there was not parasitic pathogen infection. When large-scale oysters death developed in Qinzhou Port and Dafeng River in May 2017, the salinity was between 18~25 and 20~30, respectively.The salinity in Dafeng River in May 2017 was higher than that in normal years. The mortality rate was above 60% in 36% and 81% oyster steaks in Qinzhou Port and Dafeng River, respectively. The higher the salinity of sea area was,the higher the mortality rate was. When large-scale oysters death occured in Qinzhou Port, Dafeng River and Sandun Island from March to April 2019, the salinity in the Dafeng River closest to the estuary was above 25 for 16 days, and themortality rate of 19%, 41%, and 96% oyster steaks was above 60%,respectively in three sites.The mortality rate was different at different sampling points in the same sea area.The higher the salinity was, the higher the mortality rate was. It could be inferred that the main reason for the large-scale death of Qinzhou oysters in spring in Guangxi may be the high salt stress.
