滚珠丝杆伺服进给系统的联合仿真与试验

摘    要:由于机床机械系统的复杂性,设计传统机电控制系统时,同时调试机械部分和控制部分比较困难。针对这种情况,以滚珠丝杠为研究对象,通过SolidWorks建立其三维模型,并导入ADAMS中进行多体动力学仿真,运用MATLAB/Simulink建立永磁同步电机的SVPWM控制模型,利用ADAMS/Control提供的接口模块与Simulink建立的控制模型有机结合,完成对滚珠丝杠系统的联合仿真。通过单轴高速滚珠丝杠实验台,进行了2组不同加速度工况的仿真和实验验证,实现了滚柱丝杠的高速运动,且运动误差小。

Abstract:Due to the complexity of machine tool mechanical system,it is difficult to debug the mechanical part and the control part at the same time when designing the traditional electromechanical control system.Therefore,this paper takes the ball screw as the research object,establishes its 3D model through SolidWorks,and introduces it into ADAMS for multi-body dynamics simulation.The SVPWM control model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established by MATLAB/Simulink.The interface module provided by ADAMS/Control is combined with the control model established by Simulink to complete the joint simulation of the ball screw system.Through the single-axis high-speed ball screw test bench,the simulation and experimental verification of two sets of different acceleration conditions were carried out,and the high-speed movement of the roller screw was realized.The motion error was small.
