摘    要:观察钼对小鼠肝线粒体中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性的影响.将50只小鼠随机分为5组,对照组每天饮用20 mL/kg体重三重蒸馏水,4个试验组每天分别饮用5、10、15、20 mg/kg体重的钼酸铵,持续饮用3周.用测试盒测定肝线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶活性.4个试验组的SDH活性分别为1.90±0.07、1.63±0.14、0....

Abstract:To observe the effect of molybdenum on the liver mitochondria succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) activity,50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.The mice in control group took 20 mL triple distilled water every day.The mice in 4 experiment groups took 5,10,15 and 20 mg/kg molybdate ammonium,respectively,every day for 3 weeks.The liver mitochondria SDH activities were determined by reagents-box.The liver mitochondria SDH activities in the mice in 4 experimental groups were respectively 1.90±0.07,1.63±0.14,0.84±0.09 and 0.46 U/mg prot±0.18 U/mg prot.The liver mitochondria SDH activity in control mice was 2.21±0.05 U/mgprot.Compared with the control group,the liver mitochondria SDH activities in the mice in 5 mg/kg molybdate ammonium group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The liver mitochondria SDH activities in the mice in 10,15 and 20 mg/kg molybdate ammonium groups were extremely reduced(P<0.01).The liver mitochondria SDH activities in the mice were reduced by molybdate amonium within the 5.0 mg/kg to 20.0 mg/kg range every day.
