摘    要:目的]介绍使用Visual Basic进行农药田间药效试验统计分析的设计过程。方法]介绍了应用Visual Basic进行农药田间药效试验统计分析的计算程序,并以实例说明了该程序的使用方法和应用技巧。结果]使用该方法,用户只需输入试验的原始数据,即可快速进行药效试验的统计分析,并可对各因素间的差异显著性进行比较,其计算结果与专业统计软件DPS相比,二者计算结果基本一致。结论]该方法快捷方便,操作简单,结果准确可靠,可大大提高药物配方优化的效率。

Abstract:Objective] To introduce a convenient and easy way for the statistical analysis on field efficacy trials of pesticide by using Visual Basic. Method] The calculation procedure of using Visual Basic to conduct statistical analysis on the field efficacy of pesticides was introduced, and an example was used to illustrate the usage and skill of the program. Result] The procedure could quickly and accurately conduct statistical analysis on the field efficacy of pesticide by only inputting initial data of the test, and it could compare the significance of differences between various factors. Its calculated results were consistent with the results of the specialized statistical software DPS. Conclusion] It is a quick and simple method with high accuracy and reliability, which can greatly improve the efficiency of pesticide formulation optimization.
