| 摘 要： | 为探明雪茄烟在海南五指山地区较为适宜的移栽期,研究了2016年1月11日、1月26日、2月10日、2月25日4个移栽期烟株的农艺性状、常规化学成分、烟叶中性致香成分的变化,并进行感官评价及经济性状评估。结果表明,在五指山地区的自然气候环境下移栽期对雪茄烟生长发育前期农艺性状的影响明显,对后期影响不显著;各中性香气物质含量随移栽期推迟呈先增加后减少趋势,2月10日移栽的雪茄烟农艺性状各指标及致香物质关键指标均表现最好,常规化学成分最为协调;感官评吸结果表明2月10日移栽的雪茄烟烟叶香气量大,余味好,整体质量较好;主要经济性状表明2月25日移栽产量最大,但2月10日移栽雪茄烟产值最高。由此可知,五指山雪茄烟于2月10日左右移栽可使雪茄烟在适宜的气候条件下生长发育,充分发挥其特性。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the suitable transplanting period of cigar in Hainan Five Fingers Group area, The agronomic characters, conventional chemical components and neutral aroma components of tobacco plants during four transplanting periods in January 11, January 26th, February 10th and February 25th 2016, were studied. Sensory evaluation and economic character evaluation were also carried out. The results showed that the natural climate and environment in the Five Fingers Group area had a significant influence on the agronomic traits of cigar at the early stage of growth, but had no significant effect in the later stage. The content of neutral aroma compounds increased first and then decreased with the delay of transplanting time. In February 10th, the transplanted cigar had the best performance in agronomic traits and aroma components, and the conventional chemical composition was the most coordinated. The sensory evaluation showed that the aroma of transplanted cigar tobacco in February 10th was large, the aftertaste was good, and the whole quality was good. The results showed that the transplantation of cigars in Hainan Five Fingers Group area in February 10th could make it grow and develop under the suitable climate conditions. The main economic characters showed that the yield was the biggest in February 25th transplanting, but the output value of cigar tobacco was the highest in February 10th transplanting. To sum up, transplanting around February 10th in Five Fingers Group can make cigar grow and develop in the proper climate. |
