| 摘 要： | 从南京某无病鱼塘水体中分离到一株革兰氏阴性、有运动力的短杆菌，定名为Ｗ－１株。其生化特性为氧化酶阳性，发酵葡萄糖产酸产气，发酵甘露醇、水杨素和阿拉伯糖，不发酵肌醇。从该菌株培养物的上清中提取的外毒素，具有细胞毒性与溶血性；用嗜水气单胞菌ＨＥＣ毒素的单抗进行检测，乳胶凝集试验及Ｄｏｔ－ＥＬＩＳＡ均呈阳性结果。电镜观察未发现该菌株有晶格样排列的Ｓ层和菌毛，与Ｊ－１株Ｓ蛋白抗血清及Ｒ菌毛抗血清作免疫转印

| Abstract: | The Aeromonas hydrophila W-1 was isolated from pond water in which crucian carp had not taken septicaemia. The biochemical and physiologic characteristics of the strain were similar to those of the Aeromonas hydrophila J-1. The Extracellulat toxin produce by W-1 possessed hemolytic cytotoxin, and reacted with the monclonal antibody against the Aeromonas hydrophila J-1 HEC toxin in the latex agglutination test and Dot-ELISA. No S-layer or pili was oberved under a microscope. West blotting showed the W-1 antigen did not cross with sera against J-1 S-layer and pili. ms germ also did not adhere to HEp-2 cells. Virulence test showed LD50 for crucian carp and mice were more than 1010. Therefore, Aeromonas hydrophila W-1 was regurded as non-pethogenic. |
