摘    要:从南京某无病鱼塘水体中分离到一株革兰氏阴性、有运动力的短杆菌,定名为W-1株。其生化特性为氧化酶阳性,发酵葡萄糖产酸产气,发酵甘露醇、水杨素和阿拉伯糖,不发酵肌醇。从该菌株培养物的上清中提取的外毒素,具有细胞毒性与溶血性;用嗜水气单胞菌HEC毒素的单抗进行检测,乳胶凝集试验及Dot-ELISA均呈阳性结果。电镜观察未发现该菌株有晶格样排列的S层和菌毛,与J-1株S蛋白抗血清及R菌毛抗血清作免疫转印

Abstract:The Aeromonas hydrophila W-1 was isolated from pond water in which crucian carp had not taken septicaemia. The biochemical and physiologic characteristics of the strain were similar to those of the Aeromonas hydrophila J-1. The Extracellulat toxin produce by W-1 possessed hemolytic cytotoxin, and reacted with the monclonal antibody against the Aeromonas hydrophila J-1 HEC toxin in the latex agglutination test and Dot-ELISA. No S-layer or pili was oberved under a microscope. West blotting showed the W-1 antigen did not cross with sera against J-1 S-layer and pili. ms germ also did not adhere to HEp-2 cells. Virulence test showed LD50 for crucian carp and mice were more than 1010. Therefore, Aeromonas hydrophila W-1 was regurded as non-pethogenic.
