摘    要:研究了不同浓度金雀异黄素(GNT)处理对辣椒种子萌发以及植株生长的调节效应,结果表明:10~20ms/L GNT浸种能够明显促进辣椒种子萌发,促进盆栽植株生长,提高产量.抗氧化酶活性测定结果表明,GNT处理可以提高辣椒超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)以及抗坏血酸过氧化酶(APX)活性,表明GNT促进辣椒生长与其提高植株抗逆性有关.

Abstract:The effects of genistein (GNT) treatment with different concentrations on seed germination and growth ofpepper were studied in the paper. The results showed that 10 -20 mg/L GNT soaking had obvious promotion on seed ger-mination of pepper as well as the growth and yield of pepper. Determination of antioxidant enzymes showed that GNT treat-ment improved the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,catalase (CAT) ,peroxidase (POD) and ascorbic peroxidase (APX). Thus,GNT regulation on pepper growth is related with the increased tolerance against stress.
