摘    要:用赤霉素、奈乙酸和吲哚乙酸对东北山梅花种子进行浸种处理,结果表明:奈乙酸和吲哚乙酸对东北山梅花种子发茅有明显促进作用,它们的最适浓度分别为40mg/L和20mg/L,吲哚乙酸的处理效果最好。植物激素的不同浸种时间对东北山梅花种子发芽也有明显影响,奈乙酸和吲哚乙酸的最佳浸种时间分别为24h和50h。

Abstract:Treating the seed ofPhiladelphus schrenkii Rupr. with GA3 and IAA and NAA ,and the effects of plant growth regulators on seed germination were studied. The results showed GA3 and IAA and NAA could significantly increase the seed germinating ability. The optimum density of IAA and NAA treatment are separately 20mg/L and 40mg/L, the treatment of IAA is best .The seed soak time effected differently on the seed germination ,the optimum seed soak time are separately 30h and 24h.
