| 摘 要： | 农业可持续发展的实现离不开农业可持续教育的观念支撑。“一村一名大学生”计划不仅能够为建设社会主义新农村提供优质人力资源，而且对实施和推进农业可持续教育具有积极价值。一方面，“一村一名大学生”计划注重对村级干部进行率先教育，形成农业可持续教育的“发散模式”，枸建起整个农业可持续教育网络。另一方面，“一村一名大学生”计划要担负起可持续农业教育制度平台的重任，还需在多个方面进一步完善。
