肉仔鸡对硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁和酵母铁相对生物利用率的研究

摘    要:本试验用1日龄艾维因商品代肉仔鸡45只,研究不同铁源对0~4周龄肉仔鸡生产性能、器官中铁浓度、血液指标以及免疫器官的影响。试验结果表明:(1)酵母铁组平均日增重、料肉比与柠檬酸铁组和硫酸亚铁组间显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)酵母铁组血清铁水平显著高于硫酸亚铁组(P<0.05);酵母铁对肉仔鸡血红蛋白、红细胞压积水平的影响显著高于硫酸亚铁组和柠檬酸铁组(P<0.05);各处理对红细胞数目的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)酵母铁组肝脏、肾、胰铁浓度显著高于硫酸亚铁和柠檬酸铁组(P<0.05);(4)胸腺的重量酵母铁组和柠檬酸铁组显著高于硫酸亚铁组(P<0.05),酵母铁组和柠檬酸铁组之间的胸脾重无显著差异(P>0.05);法氏囊、脾脏的重量各处理间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract:In the experiment,45 Avian broiler chicks with oneday aged for commercial purposes are selected to study the effects of different iron source on production capacity,iron density in tissues,blood index and immune organs of broilers with from 0 to 4 weeks aged.The results indicate:(1) The increase weight every day,feed conversion ratio(FCR) of the YI group are significantly heavier than those of the IS and FC groups(P<0.05);(2) The level of IIBS is significantly higher than the IS group(P<0.05);the level of hemoglobin and erythrocyte accumulate of the YI group are significantly higher than those in the IS and FC groups(P<0.05);no significant variation of erythrocyte amount among TG(P>0.05).(3) The iron density in livers,pancreas and kidneys of the YI group are obviously higher than those of the IS and FC groups(P<0.05).(4) The thymus weight of the YI and FC groups are all higher than that of the IS group(P<0.05),there are no significant variation between the YI and FC groups(P>0.05);the weight of Fabricius bursa and spleen have no remarkable difference among every processing group.
