黄淮南片小麦区试品种沉降值的测定及优质区划研究

摘    要:通过对黄淮南片小麦区试38个参试品种在10个不同试点的沉降值测定分析表明:达强筋标准的品 种有陕农981、藁麦8901、郑麦3666、西农979、新9408、豫麦34、PH6911、郑麦005;接近弱筋的品种有郑麦004、 轮选987、旱抗1号;其余品种为中筋类型。在优质小麦生产中,起决定作用的是品种,但不同生态条件对品种 品质的表现影响也很大,品质表现最好的试点是陕西富平,其次是河南新乡、安徽涡阳、江苏徐州、陕西杨凌。 品质表现最差的是河南周口。

Abstract:By analyzing the sedimentation value of 38 varieties of 10 different trial areas in the south of Huanghuai area wheat regional trial, it was demonstrated that the high-Gluten varieties are Shaannong981, Gaomai8901, Zhengmai3666, Xinong979, Xin9408, Yumai34, PH6911, Zhengmai005; near low-Gluten varieties are Zhengmai004, Lunxuan987, Zaokangl and the other are mid-Gluten varieties. Variety plays a decisive role in the production of good-quality wheat. While different ecological conditions also effect wheat quality greatly. The best trial area of quality appearance is Fuping of Shaanxi Province which is followed by Xinxiang of Henan Province, Guoyang of Anhui Province,Xuzhou of Jiangsu Province, Yangling of Shaanxi Province, and the worst one is Zhoukou of Henan Province. The research supplies scientific accordance for wheat variety evaluation, popularization, utilization and good regional division.
