| 摘 要： | 水产养殖业是一个高投入、高产出、高风险的产业，养殖过程中面临的各种自然、市场和技术风险都会给渔业生产造成不可估量的损失。温州地处亚热带海洋性季风气候区，海水养殖业在当地农村经济建设中发挥了重要作用，全面评估当地海水养殖业中存在的各种风险因素和风险程度，积极探索和研究行之有效的应对机制，对于促进当地海水养殖业持续、健康、快速发展以及渔区的和谐与稳定具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Aquaculture is an industry of high investment, high output and high risk. It faces a series of risks including nature, market and technology in the process of culture, which will cause an immeasurable loss for aquaculture production. Wenzhou is located in Asia subtropical monsoon region and marine aquacuhure has played an important role in local agricultural economy. The complete evaluation of risk factors and risk levels to local marine aquaculture and the study to coping mechanisms is an important and significant to promote Sustainable, healthy and quick development of local marine aquaculture and harmony and stability in the fishery communities. |
