皂荚提取液的理化性能研究

摘    要:目的]探讨皂荚提取液的理化性能。方法]用超声波提取皂荚汁液,并测定了皂荚汁液的pH值、比重、黏度、含脂率、泡沫高度、乙醇不溶物含量、有毒金属元素含量等10项指标。结果]皂荚汁液有很好的表面活性和洗涤效果。其pH值为4.42、比重1.015g/ml、黏度0.886Pa.s、含脂率1.553%、泡沫高度75mm、乙醇不溶物含量6.004%;其耐热性和耐寒性好,达1级产品标准;其4种有毒金属元素含量分别为As〈10-6mg/kg,Cd5.55×10-4mg/kg,Hg〈10-6mg/kg,Pb4.47×10-3mg/kg。去污力比较表明,皂荚汁液去除污垢为1.4731g,市购洗涤液去除污垢为1.3245g,皂荚汁液的洗涤效果略好于市购洗涤液。结论]经超声波提取的皂荚汁液表面活性较强,去污能力优于市购洗涤剂,且该提取液的有毒元素含量较低。

Study on Physical and Chemical Properties of Acacia Extract

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to explore the study on physical and chemical properties of acacia extract. Method]The acacia juice was extracted by the ultrasonic and its 10 items of physical and chemical properties such as pH value,specific gravity,viscosity,containing fat rate,foam height,ethanol insoluble matter content and poisonous metal element content etc. were determined. Result]Acacia juice had a very good surface activity and the washing effect. It had pH value of 4.42,specific gravity of 1.015 g/ml,viscosity of 0.886 Pa·s,fat content of 1.553%,foam height of 75 mm,ethanol insoluble matter content of 6.004% and its heat resistance and cold resistance were good,reaching the standard of 1 grade product.Its 4 kinds of poisonous metal element content were follows:As was <10-6mg/kg,Cd was 5.55×10-4 mg/kg,Hg was <10-6 mg/kg and Pb was 4.47×10-3 mg/kg. The comparison on the detergency showed that the acacia juice could remove the dirt of 1.473 1 g and the washing liquor bought at market could remove the dirt of 1.324 5 g,indicating that the washing effect of the acacia juice was slightly better than that of the washing liquor bought at market. Conclusion]The acacia juice extracted by the ultrasonic had the stronger surface activity,its ability of removing dirt excelled to that of the washing liquor bought at market and its poisonous metal element contents were lower.
