| 摘 要： | 于肥育猪日粮中添加300 mg/kg天然植物提取物,可明显加速猪的生长,改善胴体组成,并显著提高其血清内源性生长激素(GH)和类胰岛素生长因子-I(IGF-I)的水平.分析表明,天然植物提取物引起的内源性GH变化与猪的生长性能、胴体组成及血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶活性呈现极显著相关性(P<0.01),IGF-I与上述指标亦呈现相似的相关性.可见,通过添加天然植物提取物可以提高血清中内源性GH的水平,从而促进了猪生长,改善胴体组成. |
