金边阔叶麦冬离体快繁技术研究

摘    要:以金边阔叶麦冬芽和根状茎为材料,经过一定的预培养和消毒处理,建立了其离体再生体系。结果表明:(1)接种前水培7d可以减轻污染的发生,0.1%HgCl2消毒25min,外植体的污染率较低、不定芽诱导率较高。(2)根状茎上中部为最佳选材部位,不定芽诱导率最高,增殖速度快。(3)根状茎上中部培养的最适培养基配方为MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,芽增殖数量多,且可以一步成苗。

Abstract:Using rhizome and buds of Liriope platyphylla as experimental materials,the system regeneration in vitro was established through some preparing culture and sterilization method.The results showed:(1)the pollution rate of explant decreased which hydroponiced 7d before culture in vitro and sterilized 25min by 0.1% HgCl2 could decrease pollution and increase the rate of inducing buds.(2)The most optimized explant type for inducing buds was the upper and middle part of the rhizoma,which the rate of inducing bud...
