| 摘 要： | 改进了水产品中磺胺类药物测定-超高效液相色谱法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取、流动相稀释后进高效液相色谱仪进行检测分析。色谱条件:ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(1.8μm,2.1×100mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇与0.2%甲酸水,检测波长范围270nm,柱温40℃,进样量为4μL,磺胺类药物在0.01~0.5μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。该方法简便、准确,可以准确地判断水产品中磺胺类药物,并进行定量计算。

| Abstract: | A method of UPLC -PDA for determination of sulfonamides in Aquatic products was devel-oped .The liquid chromatography separation was carried on ACQUITY UPLC HSS T 3（1 .8 μm ,2 .1 × 100 mm） with Methanol-0 .2% Formic acidsystem as mobile phase .The wavelength range was 270 nm .The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 .01~0 .5 μg/mL .The method was simple ,and would accurately determine sulfonamides in in Aquatic products . |
