苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株94的培养基优化及对4种鳞翅目幼虫的毒力

摘    要:采用正交设计,获得了苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株94(Bt94)的最适液体培养基配方:葡萄糖质量浓度为0.76kgL-1、胰蛋白胨+酵母浸膏为0.8kgL-1、无机盐为0.1kgL-1.采用该培养基进行摇床培养,活芽孢数可达101×1011个L-1.用摇瓶培养液对斜纹夜蛾和小菜蛾进行毒力测定,其LC50分别为355.9951±2.6098和58.2908±1.4262mLL

Abstract:Utilizing orthogonal design to screen the suitable media for Bacillus thuringiensis 94 (Bt94) was conducted. The result showed that the best media mass concentrations were glucose 0.KG-4]76 kg·L -1 , peptone+yeast extract 0.8 kg·L -1 , salt 0.1 kg·L -1 , 101×10 11 ·L -1 of spores could be produced by using the media. The virulence tests for Prodenia citura Fabricius and Plutella xylostella linne indicated that the LC 50 of Bt94 was 355.995 1 ±2.KG-4]609 8 and 58.290 8±1.426 2 mL·L -1 respectively.
