摘    要:以温州蜜柑品种国庆1号的愈伤组织为试材,研究不同浓度盐处理(0、25 、50及100 mmol/L NaCl)对柑橘愈伤组织生长量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量以及过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响.结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,愈伤组织生长量显著下降,可溶性蛋白含量表现出先增加后减少的趋势,可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸的含量显著增加,而超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性均表现出先增强后减弱的变化趋势.试验为在细胞组织水平上阐明盐胁迫对柑橘的伤害机理提供了依据.

Abstract:Callus of Citrus unshiu Marc.cv.Guoqing No.1 were used to investigate the effect of different salt concentration(0,25,50 and 100 mmol/L NaCl) on callus growth,content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and free proline,enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT).The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the callus growth expressed a decreasing trend;the content of soluble protein,activity of CAT and SOD increased firstly and then decreased;while the content of soluble sugar and free proline increased under NaCl stress.The results of this study could be helpful to illuminate the mechanisms of the damage under NaCl stress in citrus.
