早籼胚乳淀粉体的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:对4个早釉品种胚乳淀粉体的大小、形状、结构和发育等特性进行了扫描电镜观察。结果表明:早釉胚乳细胞内存在两种淀粉体,即单粒淀粉体,直径2.6-7.0μm,平均4.4μm;复合淀粉体,由多个单粒淀粉体结合构成,直径6.0-14.0μm,平均9.5μm。有奎白胚乳单粒淀粉体多数为椭圆形或圆球形,大小差异较大,排列疏松,淀粉体间空隙大
