我国常用玉米自交系光合特性的聚类分析

摘    要:围绕着光合速率、呼吸速率、单株叶面积、叶片空间分布特征和生育期等光合特性,对我国目前常用玉米自交系进行了系统聚类分析。根据参与聚类的性状为单个、2个、3个和5个,分别将这些自交系分成若干组。依吐丝期前后玉米光合生产能力最大时期的单株叶面积和光合速率两个性状,将132个目前我国常用玉米自交系资源划分成十类,

Abstract:Photosynthetic rate, respiratory rate, leaf area, plant-type and growth and development stage of inbred lines which were used extensively in China at present were used to cluster in the project. The inbred lines were divided into several groups according to the number of photosynthetic characters (being 1 to 5) participated in clustering. 132 inbred lines were divided into'10 groups according to leaf area per plant and photosynthetic rate measured at silking stage. In China, the inbred lines with middle leaf area and photosynthetic rate or largest leaf area and larger photosynthetic rate were abundant, but such ones that would combinate largest leaf area and lowest photosynthetic rate or highest photosynthetic and smallest leaf area were as yet absent. It indicates that genetic recombination will be required in order to bring progress to photosynthesis physiological breeding.
