摘    要:应用莫惠栋等新近提出的p+q十2pq交配设计及其分析方法,分析了籼-粳杂种5个品质性状的遗传表达。试材的p=4, q=5。结果表明:(1)粒长、粒宽的遗传受母株基因型控制,它们在F2米粒(着生在F1植株上)间没有发生遗传分离;糊化温度和直链淀粉含量则在F2米粒间有极显著的遗传分离,故主要受胚乳基因型控制。(2)各性状的遗传变异均以

Abstract:A statistical method recently proposed by Mo et al. for analysing the inheritance of seed trait in p q 2pq mating design was used to investigate the genetic expression of 5 quality traits, grain length(GL), grain width(GW), chalkiness score(CS), gelatinization temperature (GT) and amylose content(AC) of 40 indica-japonica hybrids. The parents were p=4 japonica varieties with wide compatibility genes and q=5 indica varieties. The results showed: (1) The expression of GL and GW was governed by the maternal plant genotypes and no genetic segregation occured among F2 grains born on F1 plant. However, very significant segregation was found among F2 grains in GT and AC. This indicated that the inheritance of GT and AC was mainly under the endosperm genotype control. (2)The additive variation was principal component in all traits. The additive variance might be from 55.60%(GT) to 79.35%(GW) of the total genetic variance and the dominant variance was only 8.31%(AC) up to 32.10%(GL). The cytoplasm difference between indica and japonica rice could affect quality traits; but the effect magnitude was small and the cytoplasmic variance was only from 0. 27%(GW) to 3. 56% (AC) of the total genetic variance. (3)CS was mainly affected by the environment and the error coefficient of variation (ECV) reached 193. 47% , it was about 40 times of ECV of GL, GW and GT. Due to the poor measurement precision, no significant differences were found except that of among hybrids.
