| 摘 要： | 为了对苦瓜的优质高产提供理论依据,研究了三十烷醇(TRIA)、赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)等不同植物生长调节剂对苦瓜花粉活力的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对苦瓜花粉活力的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的不同浓度也有不同的影响。6种植物生长调节剂中,对苦瓜花粉萌发率的促进作用由大到小为IBAGA3IAA2,4-DNAATRIA;而对苦瓜花粉管生长速率的促进作用由大到小为GA3TRIANAA2,4-DIAAIBA。以GA3250 mg/L对苦瓜花粉活力促进作用最佳。
