摘    要:为了解勘察加景天对水分胁迫的反应和适应性,研究了干旱和水涝胁迫下勘察加景天的生理生化指标变化。结果表明:在水分胁迫下质膜相对透性、丙二醛、可溶性糖含量及干旱胁迫下的RWD随胁迫时间的增加呈上升趋势;抗氧化保护酶中的SOD活性、叶绿素总含量及干旱胁迫下的相对含水量则呈下降趋势;CAT活性呈下降—上升—下降变化;可溶性蛋白含量为先下降而后上升。勘察加景天在20天的干旱和水涝胁迫其植株仍能生长良好,说明其对水分胁迫具有较强的忍耐能力。
