摘    要:测定比较了刺楸及东北地区几种主要广布树种(色木械、千金榆、紫椴、蒙古栎、加杨)在干旱胁迫条件下的主要抗性生理指标(脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性、丙二醛含量),并采用坐标综合评定方法进行综合评定.结果显示:刺楸的抗旱性弱于东北地区其他几种广布树种,从强到弱的顺序为色木槭〉千金榆〉蒙古栎〉加杨〉紫椴〉刺楸,对水分条件要求较高是限制刺楸在东北地区分布与传播的主要因子之一.

Comparison of Drought Resistance among Kalopanax septemlobus and Other Main Widespread Tree Species in Northeast of China

Abstract:The physiological index, such as praline content, POD activity and MDA content in leaves among Kalopanax septemlobus and other broad-leaved tree species (Acer mono, Carpinus cordata, Tilia amurensis, Quercus mongolica, Populus canadensis )under the condition of drought stress, were measured and compared as well as comprehensively evaluated with the coordinating method. The result showed that the drought resistance of K. septemlubus are lower than other widespread trees species in Northeast of China, and the order of drought resistance from strength to weak is Acer morro, Carpinus cordata , Quercus mongolica , Tilia amurensis and Populus canadensis. The distribution and spread area are limited in the Northeast of China due to higher selection need of humidity.
