基于激光成形技术的灌水器结构参数化试验研究

摘    要:基于激光快速成形技术对灌水器矩形流道的结构对灌水器性能的影响进行了参数化研究,研究结果表明:流量与流道断面积成正相关,流量对压力的敏感程度与流道断面积成负相关;随着流道断面积的增加,流量波动性增加;流量与流道单元数成负相关,随着单元数的增加灌水器流量的波动性降低。根据试验结果,建立了灌水器流量与工作压力、流道断面积、流道单元数之间的数学模型。

Abstract:Based on laser rapid prototyping technology, the effect of rectangular flow passage on the performance of emitters was studied by parametric design in this paper. The result showed that discharge was positive correlation to section areas of flow passage, while the sensitivity of discharge to working pressure was negative correlation to it, the changeability of discharge increased with the increase of section areas of flow passage, the discharge was negative correlation to the flow passage units, and the changeability of discharge decreased with increase of units. The math model between discharge and working pressure, section areas, and units of flow passage was established in the end.
