| 摘 要： | 产业结构演进影响甚至决定了土地利用方式、结构和布局，土地是产业发展的载体和空间约束，能够通过制定和完善土地利用政策优化产业结构，其利用特征随产业发展和结构调整而变化，并主要表现为土地集约利用水平不断提升。，探讨与剖析了产业结构演进对土地利用空间结构布局、数量结构、土地利用效率的影响，以期为土地集约利用、产业结构调整、转变经济增长方式提供理论依据，协调土地利用政策和产业政策，实现经济稳定、持续发展和土地资源可持续利用。、
