蓝堇草离体快繁和植株再生研究

摘    要:目的]为蓝堇草的引种栽培和转基因研究建立平台。方法]研究了外植体类型、植物生长调节剂类型及浓度配比对愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化的影响。结论]以叶片为外植体,在MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA3.0mg/L培养基上进行愈伤组织的诱导,并将愈伤组织转接到MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L培养基上诱导不定芽的分化效果最好。

Abstract:Objective]To provide platform for the domestication and transgene research of Leptopyrum fumarioides.Method]The effects of explants type,plant growth regulator type and concentration ratio on the callus induction and adventitious buds differentiation of this species were studied.Results]With the leaves as the explants,the optimized callus induction medium was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 3.0 mg/L,and the optimized medium for the differentiation of adventitious buds was MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 1.0 mg/L.
