| 摘 要： | 根据水产类高等院校微生物学实验教学的特点，分析了微生物学实验教学在教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等方面所存在的问题，进而提出了完善水产类高等院校微生物学实验教学的措施，即加强实验教学的重要性，提高教师自身的素质与实验教学的质量；优化实验教学课程，合理安排实验内容，提高学生的综合实验技能；充分利用现代教育技术，更新教学手段，激发学生的学习兴趣；建立以能力考核为核心的微生物学实验教学多元化的考核方式等。
