| 摘 要： | 目的]对贵州省毕节市的白菜黑斑病进行病害分析和病原鉴定,以提出相应的预防措施。方法]采用表面组织分离法从病叶中分离得到病原菌,并对病原菌进行培养、镜检、孢子大小测定和鉴定。结果]显微镜镜检的病原菌特征表明,引起白菜黑斑病的病原菌是链格孢菌（Alternariasp.）,病原菌的孢子大小为（15.0～38.5）μm×（7.5～13.5）μm,结合寄主和病原特征,引起白菜黑斑病的病原菌被鉴定为芸薹生链格孢（Alternaria brassicicola）。结论]芸薹生链格孢为贵州省毕节市当前白菜黑斑病的病原菌,可以通过农业措施和药剂预防来减少该病的危害。
