| 摘 要： | 论文以湖南科技学院图书馆为例,介绍了地方特色文化的内涵,阐述了地方高校图书馆主动推广地方特色文化的必要性和优势,并从开展多种形式的以地方特色文化为主题的活动、建立地方特色文化专题网站、积极开展对内文化研究和对外文化交流、向政府部门建言推广4个方面探讨了地方高校图书馆主动推广地方特色文化的途径。

| Abstract: | This paper takes Hunan University of Science and Engineering Library as an example,introduces the connotation of local characteristic culture,and elaborates the necessity and superiority for local university library to popularize local characteristic culture initiatively.Local university library popularize local characteristic culture via means like follows carrying out various forms of activities about characteristic culture,establishing local characteristic culture dedicated website,actively carrying out cultural exchanges between domestic and foreign cultural studies,offering suggestions to government departments. |
