| 摘 要： | 在应用型人才培养的大背景下,结合高校专业课学时较少的实际情况,积极探索发酵工程课程的理论与实践教学相结合的教学改革,通过优化课程内容、引入实践教学、完善教学手段、突出理论与实践并重,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的应用能力和创新能力。

| Abstract: | Considering the fact that the professional teaching time is limited,it is essential to carry out the teaching reform which may combine the theory of fermentation engineering with its practice in the background of applicable talents cultavating.It is suggested that the means such as perfection of teaching contents,adoption of practice teaching and reform of teaching methods should be undertaken in order to stimulate student’s interest,promote their comprehensive quality,applicable ability and innovative ability. |
