| 摘 要： | 对建德市林权登记发证的进展、原则和问题作了简要的阐述,提出了充分做好林权登记证前期工作,加大山林纠纷调处力度,强化发证后监督调查,完善登记管理办法等做好林权登记发证工作的建议。
