| 摘 要： | 目前,报纸的馆藏大体说来包括4种类型:纸质馆藏,缩微胶卷馆藏,光盘数据馆藏,网络、硬盘数据库馆藏等。报纸的对外借阅服务,相应地可以分为实物借阅、多媒体借阅与信息需求等。报纸的服务理念经历了从以物为本、无偿服务,到以物为本、有偿服务,再到以人为本、平等、开放、免费服务的嬗变。

| Abstract: | So far,the newspaper collections in general include four types: paper collection,microfilm collection,and the CD data collection,network,hard disk database collection,etc.The newspaper foreign borrowing services,accordingly can be divided into real lending,multimedia lending and information demand and so on.The service idea of the newspaper experience from the content is this,the free service to the content is this,the paid service to the people-oriented,equality,open,free service evolution. |
