| 摘 要： | 简述国内高校图书馆人员编制的相关研究,结合广东省高职院校图书馆的基本情况,运用多元回归分析法对图书馆人员编制进行测算研究,并从国家政策、图书馆规划、机构重组等方面提出了自己的想法与建议,为高职院校图书馆人员编制研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper,with a brief introduction of researches on staff allocation in domestic libraries,takes advantage of multiple regression analysis to predict the staff allocation in libraries of higher vocational schools based on a survey of such libraries in Guangdong province,and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of national policy,library planning,organizational restructuring etc.,aiming to offer some reference for such research. |
