| Abstract: | The legislative process of Soil and Water Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China was introduced.Five characteristics of it were elaborated.It was pointed out that the new law of soil and water conservation reflected the new requirements of soil erosion and soil and water conservation work under the new situation in our country. |
