| 摘 要： | 采用湿法消解、火焰发射光谱法测定枸杞中的钾及钠元素。枸杞样品经硝酸—高氯酸电热板消解后,用火焰光度计测定消解液中钾钠含量。经标准样品验证,该方法定量准确,分析速度快,准确度、精密度和回收率均符合要求。

| Abstract: | Potassium and sodium in Chinese wolfberry were digested using wet method and detected using flame emission spectrometry.The Chinese wolfberry sample was digested by the nitric acid-perchloric acid electric hot plate and the potassium and sodium in the digestion solution were detected using flame photometer.Through the validation of standard sample the method was accurate in quantitation and quick in analysis and the accuracy,precision and recovery rate are consistent with requirements. |
