| Abstract: | Difference in innovation ability among research units in Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences during the "11th Five -year Plan" Period was deeply analyzed in the paper.Taking laboratory as cross-nodes,a innovation team oriented science and technology innovative management system was proposed.Through the construction of innovation team,laboratories were combined and carried out research programs cooperated,so the cooperation among similar specialities realized and gap narrowed.All units developed coordinately. |
