| 摘 要： | 用厚朴苗根腐病菌分别对寄主及9科20种专化型测定植物进行土壤盆栽苗期接种试验,对照用无菌水,结果表明该病菌对厚朴苗具有很强的致病性,经鉴定为镰孢属的尖镰孢菌(F.oxysporum Schlecht)为害所致。所有专化型测定植物及对照植株均不发病,在PDA上再进行组织分离均不成功。可见,厚朴苗根腐病菌有着严格的寄主专一性,因此,将从厚朴苗上的尖孢镰刀菌定为一新的专化型,即厚朴专化型(F.oxysporum f.sp.magnoliae)

| Abstract: | The inoculation test indicates that, except Magnolia biloba, the pathogen of Magnolia biloba root rot could not infect the plants of 20 spieces of nine families, suggesting that the host range of F. oxysporum is highly specific to Magnolia biloba. It is therefore named as F. oxysporum f. sp. Magnolia Lin f. sp. nov. |
