摘 要: | 1.试验用13—15周龄白菜航幼鸡分别公母每2或3只为一试验处理单元,进行了14种家禽饲料代谢能值的测定。2.测定方法是:试鸡先行停食24小时排空消化道,随后每鸡喂给颗粒化饲料50克以上,再收集24小时排泄物。分别测定饲料和排泄物样品的发热量,计算出各饲料的代谢能值。3.测出饲料和排泄物样品的含氮%,按 Hi11和 Anderson 法算出氮校正代谢能(ME_n)。收测停食后24—48小时的试鸡平均内源排泄物能量(FE_m+UE_e),以此作为参数按 Sibbald 法计算出真代谢能值(TME)。4.对比并讨论了不同资料来源的同名饲料的代谢能值。验证了本试验测得各饲料代谢能值的可加性。

Abstract: | (1)Bioassy for the determination of metabolizable energy(ME)value of 14poultry feedstuffs was made on 13—15 weeks old WL chicks with 2 or 3 birdsas one unit separately by sex.(2)chicks were fasted 24 hr to clear the alimentary canal,then each birdwas fed about 50 g of pelleted feeds,then excreta collected exactly for 24 hr.(3)Nitrogen content of these samples were also determined to calculatetheN-corrected ME(ME_n)by Hill and Anderson's method.The excreted endogenousenergy(FE_M+UE_e)from collection of excreta 24—48 hr after fasting was usedas a parameter to calculate true ME value by Sibbald's method.(4)ME values of the same feedstuffs were compared with those previouslyreported,and addibility of ME values of determined feedstuffs was examined. |
