煤矿乏风瓦斯氧化装置浓度调节系统开发

摘    要:煤矿乏风瓦斯氧化装置的安全稳定运行需要精确控制甲烷浓度,为了实现浓度控制设计了一种煤矿乏风瓦斯氧化装置的浓度调节系统.系统采用PLC作为控制核心,并以PID算法作为控制算法.先利用PLC的自整定功能自动整定出PID的三个参数,然后微调.实验结果表明:浓度调节误差小,响应快,系统工作稳定.

Abstract:The methane consistency is important to the secure and steady operation of coal mine ventilation air methane oxidation device.To control the consistency,a consistency control system of coal mine ventilation air methane oxidation device is designed.PLC and PID method is used to build the control system.The self-tuning ability of PLC helps the operator to get the parameters of PID and then adjust it.The result shows that the methane consistency has less error and the system works fast and stable.
