关于“彭阳辣椒”产业可持续发展的思考

摘    要:为推动"彭阳辣椒"产业高质量、可持续发展,立足"彭阳辣椒"发展的历史底蕴深厚、技术体系相对成熟、流通体系比较完善等现状,聚焦"彭阳辣椒"生产面积萎缩、连作障碍严重、内生动力不足等问题和短板,结合实际提出了优化升级设施建设标准、发展露地辣椒种植、全面提高科技水平、深化到户经营、构建产品大流通的格局等举措,对推动辣椒产业健康可持续发展具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract:In order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of "Pengyang pepper" industry, based on the status of "Pengyang pepper" development, such as deep historical deposits, relatively mature technical system and relatively perfect circulation system, focusing on the problems and shortcomings of "Pengyang pepper" such as shrinking production area, serious continuous cropping obstacles and insufficient endogenous power, the optimization and upgrading of facilities construction standards, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The development of open field pepper planting, comprehensive improvement of science and technology level, deepening household management, building a pattern of product circulation and other measures had practical guiding significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of pepper industry.
