4种火棘种质资源果实主要营养成分的理化分析

摘    要:目的]对黔东南地区几份火棘种质资源果实的主要营养成分进行分析比较。方法]采用蒽酮比色法、2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定法和酚酞指示剂法对火棘、全缘火棘、细圆齿火棘与细圆齿火棘细叶变种4种火棘属植物的果实进行可溶性糖、VC和有机酸含量的测定。结果]研究表明,供试火棘果实可溶性糖、VC和有机酸含量分别为11.83%~13.02%、530.8~696.9 mg/kg和0.69%~0.84%。细圆齿火棘细叶变种果实的可溶性糖含量最高,为13.02%,显著高于其他3种火棘;细圆齿火棘果实的Vc含量为696.9 mg/kg,显著高于其他3种火棘;细圆齿火棘有机酸含量最高,为0.84%,显著高于其他3种火棘。结论]综合营养成分分析,认为供试材料中,细圆齿火棘细叶变种果实品质最好,具有较好的发展潜力。

Abstract:Objective] The objective of this study is to analyze the contents of soluble sugar,Vc and organic acid of fruit of 4 Pyracantha fortuneana accessions by spectrophotometric method,2,6-two pentachlorophenol indigo phenol method and phenolphthalein indicator method respectively,Pyracantha fortuneana,Pyracantha atalantioides,Pyracantha crenulata and Pyracantha crenulata variant,and provide the basis of information for evaluating the value of nutrition and domestication of resources.Result] The results showed that the contents o f soluble sug-ar,Vc and organic acid mainly distributed in 11.83%-13.02%,530.8-696.9 mg/kg and 0.69%-0.84% respectively.The highest contents of soluble sugar (13.02%) were recorded for the fruit from the Pyracantha crenulata variant,and it was significantly higher than the other 3 species Pyracantha fortuneana.And the highest contents of Vc and organic acid were both in the fruit of Pyracantha crenulata,696.9mg/kg and 0.84% respectively.Conclusion] It could be concluded that 'Pyracantha crenulata variant' have good prospects for development for the preferably comprehensive quality.
