摘    要:基于表达序列标签(EST)的SSR标记因开发简便、快捷等特点,已在植物研究中得到广泛应用。简要列举木本植物中EST-SSR的可利用性和通用性,重点综述EST-SSR的多态性及其在木本植物遗传多样性评价方面的应用,期望为今后的相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:The EST(expression sequence tag) based simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers have been widely applied in plant related studies because of the easy and quick development properties.The practicability and versatility of EST-SSR techniques for woody plant species were briefly summarized.The polymorphism of EST-SSR and its application to evaluating the genetic diversity of woody plant species were reviewed to provide the EST-SSR relevant future research with references.
