| 摘 要： | 利用声音采集装置获取声音特征参数,通过试验检测对应鸡蛋的新鲜度(哈夫单位).采取有效的声音信号处理,提取功率谱、共振峰频率、坐标轴方向的质心以及幅值作为声音检测鸡蛋新鲜度的特征参数,建立了与新鲜度之间的关系模型,经检测该模型判断鸡蛋新鲜度的正确率可达78%.检测结果表明,鸡蛋敲击响应特性的共振峰频率随鸡蛋新鲜度的下降而成阶梯状的降低.
