摘    要:深色有隔内生真菌(DSE)是一类与植物互惠共生的内生真菌,研究DSE对甘蔗苗生长的影响,为探索其在甘蔗生产节肥减耗和保护蔗地生态系统中的应用提供理论依据。通过DSE与甘蔗组培苗的室内共生试验进行初步筛选,然后采用5×105 cfu/mL菌液淋根的方法在室内盆栽条件下进行复筛,再选用潜力菌株在田间测试其对甘蔗生长的影响,以期筛选出对甘蔗具有明显促生效果的DSE菌株。结果表明:在盆栽条件下所有DSE菌株(组合)接种甘蔗后甘蔗的株高、总鲜重、地上部干重和总干重与对照相比均有不同程度的提高,提高范围分别在11.4%~30.9%、7.5%~65.3%、5.3%~58.0%和6.0%~64.7%;9个菌株(组合)接种甘蔗后甘蔗的地下部干重比对照增加了0.7%~103.6%不等;在田间试验中,8个菌株(组合)中有7个接种甘蔗后甘蔗的总鲜重比对照提高了2.0%~50.1%,其中的3个菌株处理使甘蔗的株高提高了6.9%~10.0%。表明DSE真菌对提高甘蔗的生产能力和保护蔗地的生态环境具有较好的开发利用潜力。

Abstract:Dark septate endophytes(DSE)is a group of plant symbiotic fungi. The effects of DSE fungi on sugarcane seedling growth were evaluated to provide a reference for the application of DSE on the energy saving in sugarcane production and the conservation of sugarcane filed ecosystem. Based on initial screening by symbiotic culture of DSE and sugarcane in petri dishs, the effects of inoculation of DSE fungi on sugarcane were carried out in pot tests and in fields by pouring root with 5×105 cfu/mL mycelial suspension. It was found that the sugarcane plant height, fresh weight, shoot dry weight and biomass was increased 11.4%~30.9%, 7.5%~65.3%, 5.3%~58.0% and 6.0%~64.7% after inoculation with different DSE strains (combined strains) in pot tests, and the root biomass of 9 treatments (combined strains) increased 0.7%~103.6%, relative to the control. In field tests, the fresh weight of 7 treatments (combined strains) increased by 2.0%~50.1%, and the plant height of 3 treatments increased by 6.9%~10.0% compared to the control. It suggests that DSE fungi have a practical application value on raising sugarcane production capacity and the conservation of sugarcane filed ecosystem.
