| 摘 要： | 随着我国水产品产量的增加，水产品食品安全问题也越来越受到各方关注。我国历来十分重视食品安全问题，RFID技术的广泛应用，为上海乃至全国水产品质量的提升提供了有力的技术支撑。文章从我国水产品食品安全入手，简要介绍了RFID技术原理及其在水产方面的应用，最后提出利用RFID技术提升水产品质量的几点思考。

| Abstract: | With the increase of Chinese fishery products, the issue on fishery products safety has attracted more and more attention. The broad application of RFID has provided a strong technical support to the quality improvement of fishery products in Shanghai and even in the whole country. This paper introduced the principle and application of RFID, and put forward some thoughts of improving fishery products quality based on RFID. |
