| 摘 要： | 介绍了装载机双泵合流液压系统的回油冷却机构的原理。测试数据分析表明,回油压力过高是造成液压油散热器爆裂的原因。经过改进设计,降低了回油压力,从而解决液压油散热器爆裂的问题。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the theory of return oil cooling mechanism for the dual pump converging hydraulic system of loaders.Through the analysis of test data,we find that the cause of the blowout of hydraulic oil radiator is the higher return oil pressure.The problem is solved by design improvement. |
